Hello there. Praying for you. Do you often overdo things? Sometimes I do. Resting is good for you. Often in the Bible God tells you to rest in the Lord. Jesus left the crowds and went away by himself to pray and rest. If God tells us to rest it is for our own good. God rested and made one day special. So should we.
